Seven Morning Rituals to Harmonize Your Life for the Next 24 Hours

We all heard about the morning habits successful people have. Some are fantastic, and some are a bit over the top, but hey, it works for them, right? I don’t have morning habits.  My morning practices are rituals.

Rituals is a graceful way to reconnect with the authentic self and practice mindful self-care. What I love most about rituals is that they have an air of sacredness. They benefit the body, mind, and spirit.

Rituals feel like a prayer for the soul. It reminds me that I am an infinite being and I am part of a greater awareness of unconditional love for myself.

For people who are already resisting creating rituals that will benefit their wellbeing, please remember that you have as much time as you think you do.  Your commitment to yourself needs to be non-negotiable. You are the most important person in your life. Your well-being is needed by the people you serve.

Start by adding one or two rituals. Then in a few weeks add another two. By the end of a few months, you will have the seven rituals that work for you and your lifestyle.

Here are my rituals:

  1. Meditate. – It connects you to your spirit

  2. Practice gratitude. – It opens your energy to the world

  3. Drink water. – It connects you with mother earth

  4. Make your bed. – It balances your day

  5. Eat live food. – It nurtures your body

  6. Move. – It improves your energy level

  7. Breathe. – It revives your essence
